Straight Arm Plank- 30 Seconds Total- 04 Sets With 40 Seconds Rest All These Exercises Have to Be Done in a Row Without Rest, Once the Set is Complete the Rest Time Will Be 40 Seconds You will get better results in just 5 exercises
